Built to be usable by everyone
Money should be clear for everyone, whatever device or assistive technology you use. We build accessibility in as we go, and we want to hear when we fall short.

1.Our commitment
We aim to meet the spirit of the international accessibility guidelines (WCAG 2.1 AA) and to keep improving. We haven't yet completed a formal third-party audit, so we describe below what we've genuinely built in, rather than claim a certified level.
2.What we've built in
- The whole app is designed to work with a keyboard, with a visible focus outline so you can see where you are.
- We respect your "reduced motion" setting — animations calm down or switch off if you've asked your device for less movement.
- We aim for readable text sizes and colour contrast, and use plain English over jargon.
- Charts and figures are paired with text so meaning isn't carried by colour alone.
- The layout adapts down to small screens without losing content.
3.Known limitations
We're a small team and the product is evolving quickly, so some areas will be better than others and a few rough edges will exist. If you hit one, telling us genuinely helps — we prioritise accessibility fixes.
4.Tell us about a problem
If any part of Blooom is hard to use with your device or assistive technology, please email hello@blooom.money and tell us what you were trying to do and what got in the way. We'll take it seriously and come back to you.
