2.When you'll hear back
We aim to reply to most messages within a few working days. Data-protection requests (for example, asking for a copy of your data or asking us to delete it) are handled within the timescales set out in our Privacy Policy and UK data-protection law.
Blooom is an online service — we don't currently offer phone support. Email gets you a written, trackable reply.
3.Making a complaint
If something has gone wrong and you'd like to make a formal complaint, we take that seriously and want to put it right. Our complaints process explains how to raise it and what happens next.
