Blooom is a UK personal finance app based in Leeds. It brings together what you own and owe, helps you understand your net worth and shows what your savings could earn.
Founded by Tom Perkins
Tom founded Blooom in 2026. We are preparing to launch the app in January 2027. The aim is to make everyday money decisions easier to understand, with a clear picture of your finances and reminders before important dates pass.
Your financial picture, in one place
You enter your own figures for savings, ISAs, pensions, property, a mortgage and other borrowing. Blooom helps you see how these fit together and keep track of fixed deals and renewals. It provides financial information and comparisons, rather than personalised financial advice.
Our public website already offers a free savings check, money guides and calculators. You can explore them before the app launches.
