5.Who we share it with (sub-processors)

In short: We don't sell your data. We share it only with the named providers that help run Blooom, each under a data-processing agreement.

In short: Some providers process data outside the UK. Where that happens, we rely on the safeguards UK data-protection law recognises.

In short: We keep your data while your account is active. Delete your account and we delete or anonymise it, apart from anything the law requires us to keep.

In short: You can access, correct, delete, move, restrict or object to your data, and withdraw consent. Download and delete are built into your settings.

9.AI-coach data handling

In short: The coach gets only a small summary of your data per question, not your whole account. It remembers durable facts you can see, edit and delete, and Anthropic doesn't train on it.

In short: We use a few essential cookies to run the app, plus privacy-friendly analytics — non-essential cookies only with your consent where required.

11.Security

In short: We protect your data with per-user isolation, encryption in transit and server-only secrets. No system is ever completely secure, but we work to keep it safe.

12.Children

In short: Blooom is for adults aged 18 and over. We don't knowingly collect data from under-18s, and we'll delete it if we find any.
